Rout perfect, accurate, smooth circles, discs and arcs using the UJK Circle Cutting Jig.
The newest addition to the Parf range where a grid workbench isn’t required. The UJK Circle Cutting Jig is engineered for absolute accuracy and total control. Mark, set and rout circles from 40mm up to 1,251mm, in 1mm increments, precisely and cleanly.
Designed to be used with a ¼” or ½” router, each part of the jig has been carefully developed and refined to remove guesswork. The precision drill guide ensures the pilot hole is drilled perfectly straight, essential for achieving a true circle, The calibrated spiral scale & 3mm pivot holes with inserted pin hold the jig firmly in place allowing the jig and router to pivot smoothly.
Used with a 16mm guide bush and a 6mm spiral carbide cutter with upcut shear action, the result is clean, controlled cuts, whether cutting right through or forming precise recesses.
For larger diameters, the supplied extension arm maintains the same accuracy and ease of use, with an additional pivot pin allowing the jig to be moved smoothly around the work.
Designed for versatility, the UJK Circle Cutting Jig can be used on soft wood, hard wood, MDF, plywood, chipboard and plastic sheet, delivering the same level of accuracy across a wide range of materials. For thicker material a 12mm cutter is available (sold separately).
