You may return the goods to us within 28 days from the date you received them provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Please be aware you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
The item cost will be refunded once we are satisfied the product(s) are in perfect condition in their original packaging.
The shipping costs incurred on despatch to the customer will not be refunded.
In the event the product(s) being returned were specially ordered a handling fee of up to 15% for the return of product(s) will be charged prior to refund.
We shall refund the purchase price, less any due handling fees, of the goods within 30 days of the order being cancelled or returned.
If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge proportionate with our costs of processing the sale.
